JOB SUMMARY
CANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen (due to contractual/access requirements)
Successful candidate will be able to effectively manage and maintain an enterprise-level data network focusing on security, wireless and monitoring tools such as Cisco ISE, Solarwinds, DNAC, Wireless Controllers and AP’s. Routing and switching experience is helpful.
Responsibilities include:
• working incident, problem and request tickets to completion
• performing changes in a production environment
• following all establish procedures
• gathering documentation fulfill audit requirements
• vulnerability management
• design and configuration of ISE, Wireless and monitoring tools
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves on teams in clearly defining, with the customer, requirements, deliverables and timeframes. Escalates issues and makes recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience.
Conducts root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure.
Develops and/or delivers technical training in complex technical areas.
Completes project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
Assures compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

EXPERIENCE
Required
- 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology
Preferred
Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols
Good understanding of Cisco Wireless technologies, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, Solarwinds.
Proficient in LAN, WAN, MAN and/or VoIP architecture
Good understanding of SDWAN architecture
Ability to balance competing priorities and adjust as needed
