As an Institutional Trust Director Senior within PNC's Institutional Client Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.
Develops the vision and defines the strategy the institutional trust services function, including critical measurements of assigned market or group. Supports the overall mission and vision of the business. Ensures the consistent execution of the terms of any corporate assets, retirement plan or charitable and endowment document in which PNC serves as trustee or agent by providing leadership and direction to teamDefines the overall strategy to deliver consistent execution and administration of assigned accounts in accordance with documents, state and federal regulations, policy and procedure using approved platform of solutions. Provides industry/market insights and perspectives. Serves as subject matter expert and demonstrates technical expertise in sophisticated institutional trust strategies.
Drives the continuous improvement of the client and employee experience by leading the development and implementation of new and emerging technologies. Works closely with other leaders across the business to ensure the consistent execution of institutional trust services to provide solutions and actionable insight to clients to maintain and retain assets under management or under administration.
Reviews escalated issues from the Instititutional Trust Directors as well as the line of business to determine and monitor resolutions, including further escalation where appropriate. Serves as a subject matter authority for the institutional trust team and leads relationship with Trust Operations. Manages and coordinates/conducts the performance, management, hiring and coaching of team.
Proactively reduces, resolves or escalates risk management issues while also seeking continuous efficiencies. Sees through the resolution of legal and compliance-related issues for assigned accounts while also seeking efficiencies . Communicates with clients and business partners, solves problems and escalates anticipated or known client issues/concerns. Responsible for driving continuous process improvement. Manages and coaches Institutional Trust Directors.
