Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. Key responsibilities include working with PLCs, VFDs, 3 Phase, 480 Volt systems, and multi-meters. Additionally, you will handle hydraulics/pneumatics, combustion systems, and gas/valves. Proficiency in reading blueprints, teardown and repair, and lock-out/tag-out procedures is essential. Candidates who have worked with both electrical and mechanical maintenance are preferred, though training will be provided for specific skills.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
You will work in a manufacturing shop with very tenured employees and a low turnover rate of only 2%. The shift pattern involves 4 days on, 4 days off, working 12-hour shifts. Shifts alternate between 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am, resulting in working 4 weekends in a row followed by 4 straight weekends off. Compensation includes a base pay rate of $35-$40/hr, with the potential to earn up to double the base rate through weekly production bonuses. Additionally, there is an end-of-month bonus of up to 20% based on efficiency ratings. Last year, everyone on the maintenance team earned over $100,000.
