J.A. Sauer Co. is looking for HVAC Service & Installation Technicians

Experienced and entry level Heating and Cooling Residential and Commercial Service Technicians and installers needed.

Sauer Co. is a growing , 37 year old, Heating & Air Conditioning company dedicated to providing our commercial and residential customers with comfort, reliability and energy savings through its HVAC products and services. To meet its growth needs, J.A. Sauer Co. is seeking experienced And entry level HVAC Technicians.

Qualifications and requirements include:

• Minimum 1-5 years field experience
• Associate Degree or Technical School Degree in HVAC
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude, knowledge, diagnostics, troubleshooting, problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation and engagement skills-- focusing on customer needs, empathy towards customers, understanding problems from the customer's perspective, able to comfort difficult customers
• Passion for doing detailed and quality work-Great internal and external communications skills
• Professional and tactful demeanor and manner
• Able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work on roofs and work in outside weather conditions
• Willing to accommodate to the J.A. Sauer way as to problem solving, troubleshooting and customer relations
• Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
