How you will make an impact:
The primary focus of this position is to ensure that key CCG contractual agreements are aligned with their corresponding system attributes. The incumbent will identify any discrepancies that do not follow our obligations and collaborate with business partners to resolve the issues.
In addition, this role will also be responsible to collect, document, and maintain a current repository for contract updates and associated amendments. The analyst will provide compliance support to operating partners, finance/accounting, or internal/external auditors by researching contracts, analyzing system data, and preparing a variety of reports.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive profitability and productivity for CCG by partnering with business functions to own the end-to-end Contract Compliance audit and reporting cycle.
Perform comparisons of contract terms to system setup and coordinate discrepancies with Finance partners.
Support Finance partners and Account owners with standard methodologies for compliance and provide end-user training.
Maintain customer/supplier contract file repositories and perform data management within a contract database
Assist other functional groups or external auditors with data collection for recent contract implementations for their review
Provide monthly compliance, expiration, and benefit reports to account owners and leadership
Support the CCG Activity Based Model (ABM) close tasks, end-user knowledgebase, and expansion.
Knowledge of Proforma process, P&L reporting tools, and ad-hoc ABM model analytics.
Help develop SOPs and deliver standard process GPI documentation and training materials.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Science, Supply Chain, or a Business-related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
Experience
2+ years in Finance, Operations, Information Science, or business-related fields.
Prior experience with contract analysis, writing, or auditing is helpful
Knowledge of transportation logistics, billings, and/or expenses is a plus.
Strong project management skills, independent decision-making capabilities, and ability to honor commitments.
Understanding of financial/accounting concepts, FP&A experience, and/or variance analysis
Sophisticated MS Excel skills are required; Experience with other relevant financial systems and applications such as SQL, Power BI, Cognos, or Power Apps is highly valued.
Desire to learn and apply knowledge of new applications and AI to advance the current contract compliance process.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills. Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work
Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in concise informative manner
Data management experience and the ability to handle large sets of data and accurate reports
Travel Requirements
- Less than 5% domestic/international travel required
