This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington and Westmoreland Counties.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from the clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies

CNA Job Requirements:
- Valid CNA License (HHA Certificates must have 75 hours of course work completed)
