We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Identity Security Manager - Director to join our Information Security Division - Cyber Identity Access Management team. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end modernization of the client identity program, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors to define and prioritize identity management initiatives. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with lines of business to understand client identity requirements and work with technology users to design scalable and secure identity management solutions. Solution Design & Implementation: Work closely with technology teams to oversee the design, development, and deployment of identity management systems, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other identity verification methods. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all identity management solutions comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and internal security standards. Program Governance: Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the progress of client identity efforts. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new identity management systems across business and technical teams. Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges related to identity management processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in client identity management, leveraging insights to continually improve the program.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. Experience: 15+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 5+ years of experience related to identity and access management (IAM). Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives. Experience interfacing with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver complex programs. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, LDAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.). Familiarity with cloud-based identity management platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) and security protocols. Skills: Strong project management skills with a focus on Agile methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language. Ability to navigate and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments and leadership levels.
