Provide customer service in the lobby of the hotel. Provide guests with directions and recommendations. Help guests with their luggage to and from their guests rooms. Store luggage for guests by tagging and securing. Deliver boxes and parcels to groups. This is a tipped position so part of the compensation will be tips from guests.
