DESCRIPTION OF WORK Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees all subcontracted OPTIONS Care Management agencies and the Miscellaneous Providers network for contract, scope, and quality performance compliance. Ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and compliance of contracts, including the monitoring of service delivery and fiscal accountability of all OPTIONS program providers, which includes OPTIONS Care Management and the Miscellaneous Provider network. Serves as the primary integration point for all contracted OPTIONS program services, including Care Management, Caregiver Support Program, Miscellaneous and the In-Home Provider network. Assists and monitors the effective execution of all OPTIONS program goals, objectives, and program requirements. Coordinates and manages Service Deliveries between Care Management, Caregiver Support Program, and other providers within and outside the Bureau. Oversees and assists with the OPTIONS and Caregiver Support Program case review process. Determines sampling size for review based on need and quality. Evaluates, analyzes, and determines significant trends in the OPTIONS program, including data mining priorities and the appropriate use of mined data. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years of experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training including successful completion of 12 semester hours of college level courses in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences.
