JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as a Quality Engineer, where you’ll establish, implement, and maintain quality controls across all aspects of our operations. You will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with client and quality standards, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement in processes and documentation.     WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4 years of experience in a quality-related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong knowledge of quality metrology, ISO 9001 standards, and data acquisition techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Willingness to travel 10-25%, including occasional extended stays (over one week).

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Assurance Program.

  • Perform quality inspections, including on-site and off-site surveillance, to verify compliance with program standards.

  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.

  • Review and approve qualification plans, verification plans, and purchase order documentation.

  • Analyze and resolve quality problems, including reportability determinations.

  • Conduct or oversee quality training programs as needed.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of quality inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
