We are seeking a technically savvy Business Process Analyst to join our Master Data Management team within the Global IT organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with different teams to deliver master data management, governance, and analytics solutions that align with our global initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Build, test, and maintain optimal data governance solutions supporting end-to-end business processes in creation of new data, maintenance of existing data, and mass processing of data across key data domains (Product, Vendor, Customer, Finance)

  • Assemble complex master data governance solutions that meet business requirements and produce consumable quality data

  • Identify, design, and implement tools supporting end-to-end business processes and process improvements: defining global standards, optimizing and automating data entry, designing rules and validations

  • Build the infrastructure required for efficient master data governance, maintenance, and mass processing from a manual data entry to automated steps

  • Build tools for business process owners that allow them to configure functionality without IT intervention, including user role assignment and field control maintenance

  • Develop and maintain system integrations using standard or custom APIs.

  • Independently resolve technical issues and support system upgrades and enhancements.

  • Adhere to best practices and coding standards.

  • Work with various data management teams to strive for greater functionality and automation in our business process

  • Design measurable solutions allowing for extraction of key performance indicators in order to identify bottlenecks and improve business processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of SAP technology experience, with expertise in development, configuration, solution design, validation, and deployment.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management and SAP MDG.

  • Proficiency in SAP environments, ABAP, and Object Oriented Programming.

  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP BTP environment

  • Experience with data warehouses, reporting solutions, and analytics

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $91,200.00 - $134,400.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
