Avera Radiology Technologist III in Pipestone, Minnesota

Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find a Radiology Technologist to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.
The starting hourly pay for this position is $29.52 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
Job Duties:
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible to operate all radiologic equipment, C-arm fluoroscopy in surgery, and routine fluoroscopy to make clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians. The technologist will be trained and expected to perform routine CT exams and take CT call 1 month from start date. Also, responsible for performing general clerical and support duties consistent with all areas of the Radiology Department, including registering and scheduling patient appointments, cleaning restocking and preparing exam rooms, preparing and pulling charts, transporting patients, filing, computer data entry and general department customer service.
Education/Certifications:
Associate’s degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology. Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology. Six months of CT experience required. MRI experience preferred. ARRT Registration required. CPR certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.
