Responsibilities
Data entry of the demand into Company ERP on a daily/weekly basis in order to allow proper and timely planning.
Maintains shipping schedule and carefully analyze potential critical shortage of products or back log that could generate customer complaints and extra costs.
Ensures the right products delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
Understands the whole supply chain to manage effectively, both for domestic and overseas customers.
Creates shipping lists for warehouse staff, and scheduling transportation for each customer and shipment as required.
tracks supply of finished products to ensure that all deliveries arrive on schedule and keeps the costs of operations as low as possible.
Checks completed loads and paperwork and ship confirmations in collaboration with warehouse staff.
Shipping Management knowledge
Coming from manufacturing environment highly preferable.
Warehouse and forklift experience is a plus.
Production Planning understanding
MS Office knowledge (excel advanced)
AS400 or similar ERP system
Familiar with barcode labeling of products and warehouse management system
