FirstHealth of the Carolinas – in partnership with the Southern Pines Women’s Health Center (SPWHC) – is expanding our OB/GYN services. We are searching for several CNMs to play a vital role in enhancing maternal and fetal healthcare within our community. About the Positions: + Choose your work setting – option for 100% inpatient, 100% clinic, or hybrid model! + Clinic CNMs provide prenatal and postpartum care at Southern Pines Women’s Health Center – a FirstHealth clinic. + Inpatient CNMs practice with our OB Hospitalist team – assisting with deliveries and providing antepartum and postpartum care - at FirstHealth’s flagship hospital (402 beds) in Pinehurst, NC. + Highly skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team including Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists and Neonatologists, Level III NICU. + Contribute to the highest standard of care for mothers and newborns. + Enjoy a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development. + Integrated care team offers comprehensive maternity services in a compassionate, warm, and comfortable environment. + Family-centered approach allows baby and mom to stay together in a private group, same nurse team cares for mom and baby. + Mother/baby services include lactation consult, new mother support group, post-partum depression care, massage, and fitness. Qualifications: + Graduate of an accredited MSN or DNP Nurse Midwifery Program. + Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board. + Prefer 1 year of CNM experience. + Capable of independently seeking out resources and collaborating to solve complex problems. + Clean background, NC licensure and NC DEA required.
