Nature of the Job: Temporary, Full-Time (40 hours)
Description of Job Duties and Requirements:
General food preparation, including salads, appetizers, and desserts. Cook food on the grill or at the fry station. Make pizzas at the pizza station and utilizing the pizza oven. Set up and break down (clean up) of the kitchen and equipment. Maintain a clean kitchen.

Wage:Workers will be paid no less than
$15.11per hour. Overtime hours may vary, depending on the needs of the restaurant and will be paid at a rate of

22.67per hour.

Dates of Employment:April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025
Other Terms:
Work Days are anticipated to be five (5) days a week from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. with the days varying from week to week.
3/4^th^ Guarantee
Employee guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4th of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
Single Workweek for Pay, Frequency of Pay and Deductions from Pay The employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due, and payroll is every week. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law and will not deduct any other amounts.
Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities - Daily Transportation The employer will not provide board, lodging, housing, or other facilities. The employer will not provide daily transportation to and from the job site. Workers are responsible for their own daily transportation.
Inboard/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence If the worker completes 50% of the work period, the employer will either provide or reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. The amount of transportation and subsistence will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier to the distances involved. The employer will reimburse the workers for subsistence at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
If the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer for any reason, the employer will pay for the cost of return transportation and daily subsistence at the rate stated above or the subsistence rate established by the U.S. Department of Labor. The employer will not be responsible for return transportation and subsistence fees where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
First Workweek Reimbursement The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees.
Tools, Supplies and Equipment The employer will provide the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned in accordance with 29 CFR 655.20(k)
