Oracle Principal Product Solution Engineer - OCI Multi Cloud in Pierre, South Dakota

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is the fastest-growing hyperscale IaaS platform. As OCI continues to expand its offerings, the Multi-cloud Product Management team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of OCI’s cloud services by integrating with other cloud providers, offering customers unprecedented flexibility and choice.We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Principal Solution Architect for our Multi-cloud Enablement Team. This role is crucial in driving customer onboarding, field enablement, and roadmap steering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Multi-cloud initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a significant portion focused on cloud services or related technologies.* Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and multi-cloud strategies.* Proven track record of delivering customer architectures.* Ability to document and create repeatable standard methodologies, tools, and frameworks for adoption at scale. * Customer-obsessed mentality with a strong focus on delivering value to customers.* Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.* Exceptional communication and the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other team members to bring new multicloud features and services to market.

  • Build tools to help customers in their Multicloud adoption journey.

  • Drive field and partner landing activities to enable our sales force in the Multicloud space.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
