Links Solutions is seeking a .NET Developer (Senior-Level) to join our team in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

The .NET Developer will be an integral part of a development team supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of the U.S. Army DEVCOM Armaments Center.
We seek a .NET Developer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Beyond coding, the ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide strong senior technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.
Experience leading software teams through the agile software development lifecycle including leading and directing architecture, design, development, and deployment decisions.
Perform initial unit and integration testing to validate solutions.
Develop, maintain, and support web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Core, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, IIS, Azure, and MS SQL Server database.
Work with development teams and product managers to provide software solutions.
Design client-side and server-side applications.
Build the front end of applications through appealing visual design.
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
Write effective APIs.
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
Create security and data protection settings.
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
Write technical documentation.
Work with other developers and analysts to improve software.

Shift:
Monday - Friday
Must be able to work onsite at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 4 days a week.
1 day of telework is permitted.
Must be a US Citizen.
Active Public Trust (T1) security clearance or higher (we will sponsor the right candidate).
IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC) equivalent or higher. Per DoD Directive 8140
Strong senior technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.
10+ years experience with .NET n-tier web application development
Experience with AngularJS or Blazor
Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework experience
Preferred:
Experience coding with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server to include schema/table design, and SQL/stored procedure development.
Experience with ASP.NET n-tier web application architecture design and deployment in Azure.
Experience with DevSecOps and automated tests and deployments.
Experience securing software and software systems, preferably following RMF.
Agile development experience including successfully leading agile teams.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
