BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Training Curriculum Developer for an opportunity in Phoenix, AZ

Position Title: Training Curriculum Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 11 Months Contract

Job Type: FULL TIME Contract

Pay Range: [38.00/hr.] - [40.00/hr.]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description

Draft, Revise, and Finalize ILT Course Manuals for Train-the-Trainer and Power User Training Draft, Revise, and Finalize ILT Course Lesson Plans Draft, Revise, and Finalize Business Scenarios and Data Cards Develop and Publish Self-Learning Materials such as Quick Reference Guides and Video Tutorials Participate in Testing the Training Environment Support the virtual delivery of Train-the-Trainer and Power User Training as needed. This includes Uploading Materials to LMS Publishing the Training Schedules Providing technical support during open lab sessions.

Skills:

• Experience writing curriculum, lesson plans, and/or delivering training online Experience creating computer-based training, e-learning, and/or video editing Experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
• Experience with Google Suite applications Experience with TraCorp or other LMS Experience with Drupal or website management.

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience with e-learning design products for adult learners Experience writing curriculum, lesson plans, and/or delivering training online Experience creating computer-based training, e-learning, and/or video editing Experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate.

  Education:

• Prefer a Bachelor\'s degree in an applicable subject area such as Instructional Design, e-Learning, Human Resources Development, Adult Education.
