ABM Industries Stadium Utility Cleaner Part Time in Phoenix, Arizona
Overview
The Stadium Utility Cleaner Part Time is responsible for facility maintenance including floorcare, window cleaning, and varying facility maintenance projects within the venue. This is a Part Time position, event based and including weekends. Previous Utility Cleaner experience required. Pay: $18.00

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous Utility Cleaner experience required using side by side and scrubbers
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning
Utilize additional floorcare cleaning equipment such as buffers
Clean interior and exterior window, glass partitions, and mirrors using chemicals, sponges, and squeegees
Safely operate lift equipment to clean higher level surfaces
Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
