ISC Project Management Specialist

As a Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist supporting the Americas Distribution Center in Phoenix here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and project management within our supply chain organization. Your expertise in project management and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives. You will report directly to our Site Director, and you will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Americas Distribution Center by managing and coordinating projects, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project objectives are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate projects within the Americas Distribution Center, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals and objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project performance. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in project management or related field. • 3+ years’ experience with excel, V-look ups, pivot tables • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Experience in supply chain or distribution center operations planning and demand management • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

The ISC Project Management Specialist will be part of the Americas Distribution Center team within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. The ISC team is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. The Americas Distribution Center plays a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers in the Americas region. As an ISC Project Management Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive operational excellence and support the growth of the business.
