Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell Aerospace Electronic Solutions. You will be responsible for systems software integration, bringing together multiple avionics software applications to be hosted on the Next Generation Avionics Platform. You will work across multiple Integrated Product Team disciplines and with engineering team members across the Platforms COE to realize a highly scalable and highest quality Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) solution.

Key Responsibilities

• IMA Systems software integration

• IMA Systems software validation & verification

• Key Program Indicators (KPI) validation

• Requirements analysis and decomposition

• Model based development system design

• Integration Testing

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science

• 6+ years of experience in Avionics integration.

WE VALUE

• Individuals who are self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, and consistently take the initiative to get things done

• Experience with C, C++, Python, PowerShell, Windows BAT

• Experience with Deos, A653, and Multicore processing

• Experience with A665/A615 data loading

• Experience with A661

• Experience with IMA IO and IO Scheduling Tools (ESCAPE, PCT, HARMONIC)

• Multi-tasking and having the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people

• Familiarity with the NGA System Architecture
