AsDirector of the Data Platform, you will lead the development and management of a high-performance data platform supporting Oracles evolving healthcare applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR). This will include overseeingdata migrationsas we transition new and existing customers to aSaaS-based product suiteandOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in complex data environments and cloud migrations, as well as a passion for transforming healthcare through data-driven solutions.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, architecture, and maintenance of a data platform that powers complex, data-intensive healthcare applications. These systems serve millions of users, manage hundreds of terabytes (TB) of data, and support the future of healthcare through innovative technologies like AI and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will guide your team through the end-to-end lifecycle of complex data-intensive projects. By fostering a high-performance culture and aligning the teams objectives with broader organizational goals, you will ensure long-term infrastructure stability, scalability, and innovation.
