Mercury Systems Shipping Receiving Associate in Phoenix, Arizona

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Responsible for the overall preparation of shipments to others business units and International shipments, also will perform receiving functions when needed.

You are responsible for;

  • Understanding in shipping international

  • Understanding of receiving and shipping of finished and semi-finished parts.

  • Handles raw materials and finished materials in compliance with internal Electrostatic Discharge Policies and Procedures

  • Issues material to WO and follows Bill of Material and Work Order Routing

  • Responsible for inventory accuracy at all levels.

  • Will work within and follow all company policies and procedures

  • Understands and can research and reconcile Inventory

  • Can process MRP transactions with accuracy and efficiency

To succeed in this role;

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Validates previous transactions for discrepancies and ensures internal specifications are met and traceability requirements are 100% accurate

  • Regular attendance is required.

  • May occasionally be required to work overtime.

  • May require dropping packages off at FEDEX or UPS

  • Strong MRP skills and computer literate.
