Wells Fargo Senior Business Execution Consultant in PHOENIX, Arizona
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Global Employee Relations Operations Support team. This role will be responsible for large initiatives and their corresponding projects, processes and related items. This position reports to the Director of Global Employee Relations (ER) Operations Support Team.
The successful candidate needs to thrive in an environment where work is performed quickly without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or customer service. The right candidate will be organized, have strong attention to detail and focused on continuous process improvement.
In this role, you will:
Understand and provide structure for ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
Use sound business judgment, anticipate needs and identify and implement practical, realistic solutions
Manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
Provide project and execution support for key Operations Support initiatives
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Consult with a broad array of stakeholders regarding a variety of complex subjects
Develop, maintain, and implement internal processes and documentation as needed
Reduce risk through standardized approaches and drive continuous improvements
Create, design, and deliver powerful communications, including using PowerPoint to deliver material
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience and comfort completing business consulting in a gray space and unknowns
Management consulting experience and the associated trained consulting skills that would be gathered at Bain, McKinsey, or a similar consulting firm
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and related guidance
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Strong team and people skills with experience developing strong partnerships
Ability to maintain discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive material
Experience driving business priorities while managing risk and compliance
Ability to identify root-cause issues and improvement opportunities
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Job Expectations:
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity, minimum 3 days in the office, in one of the cities/locations listed.
