Elevate the power of your work at Iron Mountain
The Senior Business Development Executive focuses on selling to net new revenue within Commercial customers through prospecting, networking, and executing on marketing initiatives to increase our footprint. With a focus on Total Customer Satisfaction, you also will proactively manage Iron Mountain Commercial customers through new opportunity identification, upsell execution, renewal strategy, and issue management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess prospective and assigned customers’ current and potential needs, determining appropriate new revenue streams from Iron Mountain products and solutions
Develop and implement strategies and business plans according to customers’ business model
Manage timely detailed responses to RFPs, track activity, forecast, do competitive research
Identify, sell, and close new areas of opportunity, securing resources and driving sales process
Partner with customers on renewals and work through RFP process, identifying gaps
Negotiate pricing and SLA as appropriate to drive customer retention
QUALIFICATIONS
Thorough understanding of strategic selling methodologies
Strong background in strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling
Minimum of three years of direct sales experience in a service-based industry or equivalent
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills through power messaging
Strong interpersonal, planning, analytics and business acumen for effective decision making
Experience working in complex sales organizations
