Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships and protecting the financial security of our clients. The Retail Team Lead position assumes a comprehensive responsibility in assisting the Retail Manager with the effective and efficient operation of a branch in accordance with bank policies and legal requirements.
We are looking for someone who can help can create a positive work environment for the team and promote a culture of exemplary client service through example, guidance and motivation. This is a full-time position, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Wages start at \$21 to \$24 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
