Job Summary


The Project Scheduling Lead is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and auditing project schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. This position will work closely with project scheduling analysts, manager of project scheduling, and project and program managers to ensure detailed scheduling is captured systematically and any deviations and variances are addressed within the master schedule.

Education and Experience


Required:

If supporting TRICARE contract, must have U.S. Citizenship If supporting TRICARE contract, must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent background and experience 1+ year(s) of experience building and auditing complex project schedules that are compliant with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point schedule assessment guidelines Advanced verbal and written communication skills with ability to capture complex information in a clear and concise form Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Expert working knowledge of MS Project Advanced understanding of applying Earned Value Management using MS Project Preferred:

PMP or CAPM certification

Key Responsibilities


Create and manage Enterprise Project Schedule Audit Program. Audit Integrated Master Schedules for DCMA 14-point compliance (e.g. Plans are predecessor-driven, tasks are completed on time, no extraneous lag). Work with Project Scheduling Manager to identify areas of need for Project and Program Manager training. Monitor schedule deviations through use of baseline functions and Power BI reporting to identify task/project variances. Monitor schedule performance and compliance through the project lifecycle. Ability to work independently and interact professionally with project managers, team leaders, and subcontractors. Communicate audit findings to appropriate stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Working Conditions


Working Conditions:

Works non-regular hours as required, including weekends. Works within a standard office environment, with less than 25% travel. Extensive computer work, with prolonged sitting.

Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii and Washington State residents: $94,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
