Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST T32, Position Description Number PDD1911P01 and is part of the AZ G4, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located with the G4 in Phoenix, Arizona. Its purpose is responsible for accomplishing program planning, budgeting, analysis and evaluation of Army National Guard logistical programs in the state. Major duties include reviewing, evaluating and analyzing obligations and expenditures. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: Enlisted: E2/PV2-E9/CSM/SGM Warrant Officer: WO1-CW5 Officer: O1/2LT-O5/LTC Compatible Military Assignments: Enlisted MOS: Must possess an Army MOS Warrant Officer MOS: Must possess an Army MOS Officer Branch: Must possess an Army Branch GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management. Education You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
