Edelman Financial Engines, LLC seeks Principal Product Managers in Phoenix, AZ.

• Work with leadership teams to develop the strategy and roadmap for our digital client portal servicing a variety of client types.
• Lead a diverse population of internal business partners who represent clients with different needs and service offerings. Your supported solutions will range from free, do-it-yourself investment advice platform, to automated portfolio management of employer defined contribution plans, to comprehensive wealth planning.
• Work with design, content, and user research teams to discover the needs of our users.
• Create detailed user stories and lead results in an agile environment.
• Ensure that the squad has the information they need to do their best work.
• Shepherd products through partner reviews, including legal, compliance, business partners, and investment management.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of related experience. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: Measuring performance against goals; Applying analytical thinking to report on product performance and recommending enhancements to help drive better business results; Defining use cases and requirements in the form of epics and user stories; Recommending new product requirements based on usage data; Agile product development, with an omni-channel product, formulating requirements info user stories and shepherding execution with agile development teams; Financial planning, retiree planning, and/or investment management space. 100% telecommuting permitted.
