POSITION:
Canyon State Electric is looking for a skilled prefabrication supervisor to join our team, demonstrating expertise in electrical installations, maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to safety standards. Please ensure you meet the qualifications prior to applying.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires daily on-site attendance
Knowledge of the construction process
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Able to complete a full day’s assignments involving one or more of the following: bending, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, and pulling.
Construction equipment proficiency
OSHA Certified Preferred - CSE will provide training if needed!
Has complete understanding of blueprints
Has own Journeyman tools
Tech savvy (computers, tablets, iPhones)
NEC knowledge
Strong time management skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience in the electrical trade
Develop the construction schedule for the overall project and continually monitor and adjust as needed
Can install and make-up all switch gear (Cad weld)
Has advanced wire pulling techniques (i.e Tuggers)
Ability to contribute to the installation and/or direct others through installation and other electrical duties
Ability to coordinate manpower needs
Ability to understand scope of work and job specifications
Ability to write and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Ability to meet production and scheduled goals
Ability to coordinate or place material orders after a competition price comparison has been completed
Has a basic understanding of special systems (F/A, sound, voice data)
Has ability to coordinate with other trades
Has the ability to plan ahead
Has ability to produce material to workstation
