The Cigna Group Pharmacy Technician - Evernorth Care Group in Phoenix, Arizona
This role is Worksite dependent and can only be performed onsite.

Work hours : Typically , Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Location : Evernorth Care Group – Phoenix Central Health Center 1300 N. 12th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85006

What you’ll do:
Ensure day-to-day operations run like a well-oiled machine: Use your organizational skills to helpmanage pharmaceutical stock, ensure a safe and clean pharmacy by following policies and procedures, prepare reports, and maintain records of physician orders and prescriptions.
Get hands-on: Calculate needed quantities; prepare labels; and organize and assemble medications for the lead pharmacist to dispense...and check, double check, and then check again, for accuracy.
Be a superstar in the eyes of providers and patients alike: Help answer questions and requests, both in person and by phone, and handle all the transaction-related steps of any purchases made.
This job is for you if you:
Have PTCB Certification, or willing to obtain within 1 year of start date.
AZ Pharmacy Technician License active and good standing required.
Have excellent customer skills, and care deeply about providing empathetic, quality care to customers.
Have spent time in a retail environment as a Pharmacy Technician/
Know your way around a computer.
Bonus Points
minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
CPhT credential
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
