We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join the ACD Product Delivery & Integration team to support the delivery of efficient, effective, predictable, and compliant transaction processing. PD&I provides support for Strategic Technology Priorities and other high priority initiatives that cross multiple Acquirer and Technical Delivery workstreams and require end-to-end delivery management.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Manager Digital Product Management, PD&I is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be the primary point of contact across ACD product teams responsible for providing program management for larger projects/programs acting as a liaison between project sponsors, stakeholders, product teams and technologies.

This role will focus on:

  • Project interdependencies responsible for assessing optimal approaches supporting delivery of a variety of key strategic initiatives

  • Leading cross functional teams on high profile/high visibility Enterprise strategic initiatives

  • Managing and realizing outcomes by promoting synchronicity of development efforts

  • Coordinating product efforts across teams establishing and defining key priorities

  • Supporting planning, prioritization, and execution

  • Identification and management of risks, issues and dependencies ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place when necessary

  • Communication across Stakeholder teams including the establishment and facilitation of meetings and the representation of multiple Product teams as necessary

  • Interface with a broad range of Enterprise LOBs at various levels within the organization and successfully navigate matrixed leadership to drive broad, strategic decision making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5-year Program Management experience

  • Solid understanding of Global Merchant Services with deep industry understanding and awareness

  • Proven strategic thinker with experience in defining and executing global priorities.

  • Excellent relationship and influence management skills to establish collaborative partnerships across the Enterprise

  • Strong communication and presentation skills allowing for clear and appropriate messaging across multiple levels/audiences

  • Problem solver with solid analytical skills

  • Able to navigate highly complex environments and situations

  • Ability to influence without direct authority to gain alignment

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to develop relationships with leaders while appropriately influencing without direct authority

  • Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change, defining priorities for key products/projects that affect the broad direction of the Business

  • Flexible and willing to participate and collaborate with colleagues in different time zones

  • Self-starter able to adapt in a fast paced ever changing environment

  • Understanding of the Agile approach to project management and software development

  • Knowledge of Rally, one of the most comprehensive Agile project management tools a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant years of professional experience

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
