The Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) team within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) is responsible for delivering the highest quality employment and labor relations solutions. Within CLR, Strategy, Enablement & Risk (SER) is a global team leading all data insight, system capabilities, risk management and compliance responsibilities for the function.

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role as Data Insights & Capabilities Manager, you’ll have responsibility for the US, Canada, and LAC markets, and will work alongside three other managers aligned to EMEA, APAC and India markets.

Based in the US, you’ll work closely on a day-today basis with the leaders and members of the US, Canada and LAC CLR teams, whilst working in partnership with your global SER colleagues.

The role’s key responsibilities are to:

  • Buildeffective and ongoing partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders

  • Understand and articulate the CLR strategic agenda, including that of the global SER team

  • Design, create and share meaningful data insights, informed by our global data strategy and local market priorities

  • Develop a deep understanding of core CLR processes and systems, and work with the CLR teams to ensure adherence to CLR case management and data quality requirements

  • Lead delivery of projects to the global, regional and/or market teams

  • Design and deliver training and updates to the CLR teams, including both scheduled and ad-hoc interventions based on each team’s needs

  • Bring insights and requests from the CLR market teams back to the global SER teamso they can be appropriately evaluated and supported in line with CLR’s strategic priorities

  • Build an ongoing awareness of both the external market environment (including regulatory/legal changes) and the internal organisational context (including structure, demographics and business priorities), and partner with SER and the local CLR teams to identify and implement changes as a result, and ensuring relevant considerations are built into the CLR strategy for the market

  • Act as the point of contact for Business Conduct Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation and review

  • Act as the market point of contact for CLR risk management and strategic initiatives

  • Support the delivery of other market, regional or global initiatives as required

Due to the global composition of the team, the nature of the work, key partnerships and the reporting relationship, you’ll be expected to accommodate working across APAC/European/US time zones with the flexibility to work beyond traditional working hours as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced written and spoken English

  • Established record of building partnerships and collaborating across a large, matrix environment, leveraging both formal and informal networks

  • Experience of working in a globally dispersed team

  • Adaptable to change and capable of flexing solutions to evolving requirements

  • Minimum five years CEG (HR) experience with a demonstrated solid understanding of employee relations, operational processes, data insights and reporting

  • Subject matter expertise of regional labor/employment laws and compliance requirements

  • Ability to lead work with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion

  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills, including the ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion easily understood by all levels of the organization

  • Ability to think critically and provide independent thought leadership

  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to address any issue through collaboration; ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions

  • Established working experience with MS office applications, including extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge and working experience working with Tableau visualization software

  • Ability to work accurately with data and with a strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
