Amazon Integration Program Manager, Pharmacy Automation Management Team in Phoenix, Arizona

We are looking for an Integration Program Manager with a persistent delivery record and experience to own and manage high visibility, cross-functional operations and technology projects from concept to completion to deliver on being the earth’s most customer centric Pharmacy. This critical role will require influencing business, software and third party vendor teams across the company to prioritize projects which support both new products/programs and existing operations and supply chain systems. Our goal is to improve and enhance the Fulfillment Network to ultimately drive the best customer experience in the safest, most reliable and cost-efficient manner.

The Program Manager will have talent and relentless desire to challenge the status quo and improve technology systems/processes in order to exceed customers’ expectations. A strong bias for action, internal/external customer obsession, quantitative analysis, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives involving leadership across cross-functional operations, software development, business, and external contracting teams is essential.

Key job responsibilities

  • The right candidate will have a proven record of working cross functionally with key business stakeholders, to mitigate system based defects, through partnerships internally & externally.

  • The ability to understand whether action is required to update a process, a system feature, or upstream input; and triage appropriately will be critical to this candidate’s success.

  • Triage, Deep Dive, assign and escalate appropriately on tickets that enter the queue for resolution at the defined SLA

  • Partner with the Technology team and the Business stakeholders to capture the business needs and translate them into program requirements for systems that integrate with our production management system.

  • Earning trust across functional and business teams, to plan, organize, manage, and execute complex programs

  • Create and drive plans to oversee the prioritization, development and delivery of the APIs, system integrations and enhancements.

  • Developing projects to scale fulfillment according to new business initiatives with complex operational components

  • Innovating for step-change improvement in compliance, safety, quality, and cost metrics

  • Be the voice of the customer and their advocate in all discussions. Review, evaluate, and incorporate voice of the customer feedback into program development.

  • Oversee program implementation efforts; define and establish goals, supporting metrics, and success indicators.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and communicate with senior leadership

  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

  • Individuals can expect 25% travel (variable throughout the year) based on business needs at the time.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
