Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Design Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team and oversee and perform the design of control panel and instrumentation projects. This role involves designing custom control panels for wastewater treatment companies. The ideal candidate will be an engineer with the ability to lead others and monitor projects from start to finish. You will manage 1-2 other engineers on your projects, ensuring quality and compliance with client specifications. Responsibilities include designing control panels using AutoCAD or similar software, monitoring and controlling project processes, working with project managers to develop submittals, and consulting with end clients. Additionally, you will provide technical support to ensure compliance with UL and other quality standards.
Hard Skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Work Environment
Smaller family-like work environment with low turnover. The team consists of 18 people, many of whom have over 10 years of tenure. The company promotes from within. Dress code is casual with a shift from 7AM-4PM.
