Insight Global Help Desk Technician in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

A client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join their team. Responsibilities of this individual are shown below:

Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions and complaints related to technical issues.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking problems.

System Maintenance: Tracking and resolving system issues within agreed time limits.

User Training: Assisting with the roll-out of new applications and training users.

Documentation: Maintaining records of customer issues and solution strategies.

Collaboration: Interacting with technical support staff and other information systems contacts to identify and resolve system problems.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a help desk role

  • Exceptional over the phone customer service skills

  • Experience troubleshooting remote and onsite

  • Experience working off of a ticketing system

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) - Experience with Active Directory - password resets, adding/removing security groups, managing users through active directory

  • Extensive troubleshooting experience with Windows, Mobile Devices, Mac/ Apple Devices

  • Networking and software troubleshooting null
