PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Electrical Test Technician with PCB experience to join our client in Phoenix.
Job Title: Electrical Test Technician
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 months)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift
Pay Rate: $29.53 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to support our operations in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing printed circuit boards (PCBs), assemblies, or subassemblies. The role requires troubleshooting to the board or component level and executing repairs. Proficiency in soldering and de-soldering both through-hole and surface-mounted components is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Test and troubleshoot PCBs, assemblies, and subassemblies to identify and resolve issues.
Perform repairs on PCBs and components, ensuring functionality and reliability.
Use soldering and de-soldering techniques on both through-hole and surface-mounted components.
Maintain detailed records of testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications
Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCBs and electronic components.
Proficient in soldering and de-soldering through-hole and surface-mounted components.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Due to the perimeters of the position working within a government contracted atmosphere, only US Citizens and/or US Person candidates are permitted
Pay Details: $29.53 per hour
