Job Overview

The Director – Customer Intelligence and Outcomes is a critical role that will lead analytics efforts to understand the impact of Oracle Health’s products on both our customers and their end users. This individual will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to assess the efficacy of our solutions in improving patient outcomes, closing care gaps, and supporting business success. With a strong background in healthcare data analytics, product intelligence, and outcome evaluation, this person will ensure that Oracle Health’s products are aligned with customer goals and drive measurable improvements in patient health.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Intelligence Strategy: Lead the team in delivering insights into customer needs, objectives, and product impact, prioritizing data initiatives that inform business and product strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to intake complex questions about how products are impacting customers and the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Customer Impact Evaluation: Oversee assessment of product impact on customers’ operational, clinical, and financial goals. Ensure actionable insights that highlight Oracle Health’s value, aligning with metrics such as patient outcomes and per member per month (PMPM) cost reductions, and identify opportunities to optimize product and customer results.

  • Patient Health KPIs: Track patient-centered KPIs to measure the impact of Oracle Health products on care quality and outcomes. Ensure alignment of these metrics with customer goals, providing clear value to healthcare clients.

  • Thought Leadership & Awareness: Publish blogs, case studies, white papers to drive customer awareness and establish Oracle Health as a thought leader in healthcare.

  • Product Usage & Optimization: Lead analysis on product adoption trends, identifying opportunities to enhance product engagement and impact. Advocate for improvements based on customer usage data to maximize product value.

  • Product Intelligence: Drive enhancements to tools and systems for customer intelligence and product performance data collection, collaborating with Product and Development teams to ensure analytics capabilities meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, data science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare data, customer intelligence, or product analytics

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient outcomes, and financial metrics like PMPM

  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with a focus on customer outcome assessment

  • Proven track record of publishing data-driven insights and thought leadership

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $130,000 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
