Description
Robert Half's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Desktop/Help Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position requires a professional who can provide exceptional support, training, and assistance to users of the Oracle Fusion suite. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to help users navigate and maximize the use of this powerful software.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support:
Provide prompt and efficient support to end-users experiencing issues with Oracle Fusion applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Oracle Fusion Desktop.
Guide users through problem-solving processes and document resolutions for future reference.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance user understanding and proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
System Administration:
Perform routine system administration tasks such as user account management, configuration, and updates.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT and development teams to address system issues and implement enhancements.
Collaborate with Oracle support and other third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates, new features, and best practices.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance overall system efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion applications, including configuration, customization, and support.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Fusion certification(s).
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.
