Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for remote/wfh Customer Service Representatives in the Pheonix, AZ area. Candidates must live within driving distance of Phoenix, AZ so selected candidates can pick up equipment and attend a onsite orientation. Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls.
Make outbound calls when needed.
Utilize multiple screens and applications.
Work remotely from home and be self sufficient in a remote environment.
Resolve Teir 1 issues.
Escalate calls when needed.
Review customer accounts.
Verify, gather and key information.
Provide online research and provide any needed resources.
