Responsibilities (What you know already will determine your starting pay. What you learn will increase your pay)
Install new return Install new supply lines, replace duct lines
Install plenums
Perform duct seal
Perform attic seal
Blow insulation
Build Attic dams
Install baffles
Strap up kneewalls
Perform blower door test
Must be able to meet company driving requirements
Must be able to identify potential issues, problem solve, troubleshoot, and overcome
(Installers will be eligible for a rate increase, and/or promotion after they have mastered all their required roles and responsibilities, are in good standing, and have been in their current position for a minimum of 90 days.)
*Pay increases will be evaluated annually during your annual review based on your hire date. Employees are not eligible for pay increases above the max pay grade for each position.
Monthly Bonus:
20 installs with 85% Rework: \$400 to Lead and \$300 installer
20 installs with 90% Rework: \$500 to Lead and \$350 installer
20 Installs with 100% Rework \$600 to Lead and \$400 installer
*Should an individual\'s rework (drywall repair, wiring/electrical repairs, plumbing/piping repairs, etc) costs surpass what they qualify for in bonus, the individuals bonus will be forfeited to cover the costs of the rework
Requirements to qualify for Bonus:
Attendance: Only 1 day a month unexcused absence allowed
No more than 5 minutes tardy 3 days a month
Weekly equipment maintenance logs completed, turned in and reviewed with the Install manager on Friday
Work orders all signed and completed
