Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Laborer and be part of a fast-paced environment where you will be tasked with moving heavy machinery and general labor. Your role will involve using various rigging equipment to install process tools (semiconductor equipment) and pedestals (metal support structures) into a clean room environment. This role requires maintaining cleanliness standards that exceed that of a hospital operating room. Additionally, you will be expected to transport delicate equipment in an operational clean room factory with extremely tight clearances, while adhering to all OSHA and customer safety standards. You may also be required to work on the dock (an open area which can be hot during summers) to unload, uncrate, and move equipment into dedicated wipe-down areas for installation into the clean room factory.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Work Environment
You will primarily be working at a new construction site which is largely outdoors, so comfortability working in heat is a must. The site is all dirt with no roadways paved yet. You will also be moving equipment indoors where there is no air conditioning. Expect a 60 hour work week with 10-12 hour days (sometimes 13-14 hours depending on workload), Monday-Saturday. Every third week, you will have Saturday off. This role requires a lot of walking, on average about 25,000 steps per day (equates to 11+ miles). You must have steel toe boots, a 10" adjustable crescent wrench, and a minimum 16-foot tape measure. On your first day, you will be required to go to the office in Chandler at 8am for orientation and a drug screen. You will start at the construction site after receiving the final drug screen results, typically 2-3 days after the orientation.
