Pay Rate: $23 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Collections & Cash Applications Specialist? You’ll be:

• Making phone calls to vendors to obtain backup for checks received that cannot be applied

• Reviewing unapplied cash and identifying where it should be applied

• Reviewing invoices with rebate credits to clear balances

• Assisting with other cash applications projects

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are detail-oriented and have a strong attention to accuracy

• Have previous experience in accounting and cash applications

• Are proficient in Excel spreadsheets

• Have a friendly and professional phone demeanor

• Enjoy conducting research and looking for information in various sources
