Job Description
Manages/oversees the analytical, team, & client responsibilities across a targeted group of Analytical resources consisting of Senior Analysts, Team Leads, and Analysts; serving one or more senior executives with functional responsibility across Wealth and Consumer channels, products, marketing
Ensures appropriate focus and alignment of staff and resources
Identifies opportunities for collaboration across the Analytics organization to effectively deliver against priorities. Supervises, directs, and communicates complex analyses using a variety of tools, techniques and resources to deliver insights that drive business direction and decision making. Partners with P&L owners and senior executives to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to a variety of business problems using data driven insights. Develops employees within the analytical discipline to be able to communicate and improve their business insight capabilities. Experience in supervising/leading technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome(directly or indirectly). Proven track record in financial services, consumer products, or marketing business / analytics. Knowledge of current data techniques, and tools. Demonstrated understanding of statistical data uses in business decisions.
LOB Specific Information
This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Data Strategy in line with the priorities for Consumer & Small Business Anti-Money Laundering (CSB AML). Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining Data related strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.
The role will be a key contributor in ensuring the organization is an industry leader on cataloging, simplifying, and improving the data ecosystem, complying with the law and policy, and enable data-driven solutions.
While this role requires the ability to layout a strategic vision & strategy for data, the manager would also document data use, conduct lineage research, and apply findings to inventory leading to overall control assessment, gap closure, monitoring and remediation. Further, this manager would advise on models and strategies regarding data supply chains.
The requirement of the role is both strategic as well as executional, leading the adoption of solutions by influencing and partnering across the company and the CSB AML organization. This role requires an understanding of systems, data and its lineage as well as data health and reporting.

Develop and manage data use inventory
Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners
Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business
Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives
Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall experience with extensive knowledge of data ecosystems and managing and implementing new projects with proven strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Experience in one or more of the following areas: dataintelligence/analytics,data management, data governance, data supply chain, data quality management, and/or data architecture
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management and data concepts
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop strategic objectives tied to business needs/goals
Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong planning and prioritization skills to drive outcomes
Innovative thinking
Ability to articulate and present to senior leadership
Ability to influence key stakeholders with credibility and impact
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Advanced expertise in all Microsoft Office tools and reading query languages in SQL, SAS
