Class A CDL Drivers / Vacuum Operators work in support of directional drill operations by transporting bore machines to and from project locations and driving/operating hydro-excavation vacuum trucks. This position will drive as well as operate the vacuum truck for potholing and bore mud support.
What Do You Offer Us?
Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment
Ability to move and drive tractor trailers or truck and trailer combinations
Perform safety checks of brakes, steering column, lights, and mirrors prior to each leg of journey to ensure road readiness
Follow and maintain loading protocols
Inspect trailers before and after loading
Always adhere to traffic safety regulations, exercise caution in treacherous circumstances and report unsafe vehicle or road conditions to supervisors and highway authorities
Must be able to drive without restrictions
Other related duties and projects as assigned

What Is Required?
Class A CDL License withTanker Endorsement
Two years of experience working as a CDL driver with no safety incidents on record
Flexibility to travel
Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs
Experience working in construction is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
