Position: Bilingual Project Manager (Mandarin/English)
Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire
Location: On-Site, Deer Valley 85027
Work Hours: 9AM - 5PM (1hr lunch)
Pay Range: DOE
Responsibilities:
- Own projects and initiatives, manage business requirements, timing, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies, and milestones.
- Lead and participate in meetings to monitor, troubleshoot, collaborate on issue resolution, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a balance between meeting schedules and actionable items, supported by clear timelines.
- Condense complex processes and abstract concepts into manageable project components, stages, and tasks.
- Employ excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure projects adhere to timelines.
- Deliver clear and concise project updates, status reports, and address needs and issues with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Must be proficient in Jira software.
- Preferably proficient in Google Suite.
- High adaptability & strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication & presentation skills
- Flexible, optimistic, and solution-focused; thrive in a culturally-dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
