At the heart of our business are our people and our trainers who take care of our customers’ needs including car painting skills, advanced body shop management solutions, and sophisticated management solutions. As an Account Representative II you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow our market share.
You Create Chemistry By...
Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs. We are looking for a solid an individual that values our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business.
Increasing sales through developing market potential with forecasting, leading generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services to existing customers.
Developing new relationships. (Majority of the role will be focused on adding new business).
Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry.
Retaining business and hunting for new sales in Arizona and New Mexico with a home base within the Phoenix Metro area.
If you...
Have professional sales experience in the collision industry with strong interpersonal skills.
Robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills are key.
Have in depth experience in the automotive refinish experience or in a related sales field.
Customer relations focused.
Body shop experience and High School Diploma or GED required.
