TEKsystems Account Management Representative in Phoenix, Arizona

Customer Support Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ Hybrid Remote- two days onsite, three days work from home!

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

About the Role:

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for a back-office role supporting property management/HOA companies as they onboard with FCB (legacy CIT business). This role does not involve phone or email customer support but focuses on back-office tasks. The candidate will also assist customers in opening CDs.

  • CAB Account Management

  • Customer Service Role (Backoffice Role)

  • MUST have FISERV experience or experience with Oracle, SAP, or other back-end banking software

  • MUST have banking experience

Responsibilities:

  • Account Servicing: Perform data entry, account maintenance, processing, and documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all rules and regulations. Focus on production and quality.

  • Operations: Perform various operational tasks during customer, vendor, and/or associate inquiries.

  • Service & Support: Develop with business partners and associates to achieve business goals and streamline the service experience. Determine target needs and provide resolution. Handle escalated and complex support issues.

  • Business Proficiency: Provide knowledge in the area of work. Assist in troubleshooting for both internal and external parties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
