8+ years of experience in sales and key accounts management

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Lead, develop, and ensure implementation of customer strategies that are aligned with overall business strategies, and that support achievement of profitable sales objectives
Define and execute strategies and plans for the NP Account (Nestlé Professional) in line with business requirements and customers vision
Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning and top customer engagement
Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed NP Accounts targets/KPIs.
Collaborate with peer group to share customer best practices, liaise with Head of Business Operations (HBO), Category Channel Sales Development (CCSD), Field Sales and Demand Planning to meet the customer's needs
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local trade policy, local sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations
Successfully launch Street Barista project through deploying of 300 partners including: recruit, retain and reward
ARE YOU A FIT?
More than 8 years experience in sales, HORECA Accounts and key account management
Strong ability to influence others by leading by example for them
Advanced Knowledge of core Business Processes and Fundamentals (Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial Reporting, Training, Traceability & Quality)
Exceptional maturity levels, critical thinking & Problem-Solving oriented
Leads key accounts function in F&B Industry.
Marketing experience is a plus.
