About you

As a Valuation Services Director, you will perform top-tier valuation services to obtain new and retain top clients. You will manage and provide the highest-quality valuation and advisory solutions to our clients by leveraging the Company's full platform of services. Each day, you will promote and advocate Colliers' brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service to its clients.

In this role, you will...

Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for a deep and diverse client base including lenders (CMBS, life insurance companies, banking) and investors (REITs, pension funds, open and close end funds), real estate developers, family investors, higher education institutions, among others for a wide range of uses: financing, development feasibility, estate planning, eminent domain, market analysis, risk management, insurance purposes, portfolio management, tax assessments, and investment decisions.

Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.

Collaborate with other Team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.

Apply your Expertise in discounted cash flow (Argus and MS Excel), Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use.

Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.

Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.

What you'll bring

MAI designation required

5+ years of related work experience.

Bachelor's degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner.
